Arbor Park Place

The first large-scale retail development project in the Central neighborhood in over 40 years, Arbor Park Place affords community residents access to safe, convenient, nearby shopping and services. The $6.2 million redevelopment of the former Longwood Plaza features a Dave’s Supermarket, KeyBank, Foot Locker, Dollar Mart, and Fashion 216. Arbor Park Place was completed and opened in 2005.

Arbor Park Place, located at Community College Boulevard and East 40th Street, has generated over 75 new jobs, more than half of which have been provided to low-to-moderate income neighborhood residents.

Area stakeholders have taken great pride in Arbor Park Place, cultivating it as the “town square” of the Central neighborhood and a center for community activity. In this respect, it has accommodated the Cleveland Police Department's Third District Crime Prevention Fair since 2005.
