Burten, Bell, Carr Business Revitalization District

The Burten, Bell, Carr Business Revitalization District (BBC BRD) was formed in early 2007 to review the designs of all proposed new-construction developments and major renovations to existing buildings along the main thoroughfares of Ward 5. 

The BBC BRD committee, which is comprised of three long-time residents who care deeply about the Ward 5 community and three highly-skilled architects that have worked extensively in BBC’s neighborhoods, are charged with ensuring that new projects are aesthetically-pleasing and functionally-accessible to potential users.  Through this process, the BBC BRD oversees that future development in Central, Kinsman-Union, and Garden Valley is held to the highest standard possible.
